Dependable [Solar
Products] lived up to its name from our first encounter right through
to our questions after installation. We were impressed that a
salesman came to our house, clearly explained the process of generating
electricity through a photovoltaic system, and used a device to measure
the amount of solar energy that fell on different parts of our roof
over the course of the year. He then developed a design that not only
maximized our capture of the solar energy but also blended well with
the curb appeal of our house. Dependable clearly explained the
substantial financial benefits and requirements of the APS solar
partners program and did all the paperwork for us to qualify. Finally,
Dependable helped us to understand every aspect of our system,
including the rather complex metering that APS installed. The
staff was bright, knowledgeable, capable, courteous, and helpful.
The installation crew was fun to be around and you could tell that they
really enjoyed their work and knew what they were doing. As great
as our experience with Dependable was, the very best part is knowing
that our PV system is generating energy - reducing our carbon footprint

This past year my
wife and I took on the enormous task of
building a custom home and with the project came a predicted host of
headaches. Looking
back one element in the process that was seamless on all accounts was
the design, purchase
and installation of our 3.2 kWh PV solar system and solar water heater.
As most
contractors,
Dependable Solar Products was responsive during the critical quoting
phase, but unlike most contractors, Jim Beard and his staff at DSP was
responsive after

My husband and I are interested in doing our part for the environment.
In addition to recycling and car pooling whenever possible, we were
fortunate enough to find information on the Internet about generating
electricity using the sun. We contacted a local company, Dependable
Solar Products and in discussions with their representatives, we found
that we were able to have solar panels installed on our home's roof. As
a result of the reduction in our electric bill and tax breaks for solar
installations, we feel we can recoup our investment in ten years and
do our part to help the environment. This is a win-win for all
